Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Shaatir LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered in the United States and operating under the customer-facing brand “Webfoil.” In these Terms, “Webfoil,” “we,” “us,” and “our” all refer to Shaatir LLC. Shaatir LLC provides the services, enters into customer engagements, collects payments, and manages delivery, support, cancellations, and refunds.

Webfoil provides website strategy, design, development, copywriting, optimization, and related digital services. Where we offer a free initial design or homepage preview, requesting or viewing that preview does not require payment or create an obligation to purchase.

A paid project begins only after you approve a proposal, order, invoice, or other written scope that states the deliverables and price. That project-specific scope forms part of these Terms.

Website prices shown on webfoil.com are starting package prices and may change when a project requires additional pages, integrations, content, licences, hosting, or custom functionality. We will disclose the applicable scope and price before payment is due. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, prices are stated in UAE dirhams and exclude third-party costs and applicable taxes.

Delivery estimates begin after we receive the information, content, access, approvals, and feedback reasonably required for the project. Client delays, material scope changes, third-party outages, and events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery dates.

You confirm that you have permission to provide all text, images, trademarks, credentials, and other materials supplied to us, and that your requested website and business activities comply with applicable law.

The revisions and support included with each package are described on the website or in your written project scope. Additional work may require a revised quote.

Our advertised 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible Webfoil website service fees and begins when the completed website is first made live or delivered for launch. To request cancellation or a refund, email hello@webfoil.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Third-party charges, domain registrations, software licences, advertising spend, and work expressly described as non-refundable are excluded to the extent they have already been incurred.

You retain ownership of materials you supply. Unless a written scope says otherwise, ownership of the final, paid-for custom website deliverables transfers to you after all applicable fees are paid. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, processes, and know-how. Unpurchased previews and working files remain our property.

Websites may depend on services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, messaging services, payment providers, and software plugins. Their own terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for failures or changes caused by third-party services outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaatir LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from a paid project will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
